Privacy Policy
Effective date: 7 August 2026
This notice explains how Epoint Solutions collects and uses personal data through epoint.solutions, its enquiry form and related business communications.
1. Who we are
Epoint Solutions provides Amazon and European marketplace consulting and operational services. Epoint Solutions is the controller responsible for the personal data described in this notice.
Privacy contact: hello@epoint.solutions.
2. Personal data we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect the information you provide, which may include your company or brand name, name, business email address, website or Amazon brand, current markets, your message, preferred language, the page from which you submitted the form and the date and time of submission.
When you visit the website, our hosting and security provider may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, timestamps and security-related request data. If you contact us by email or arrange a meeting, we also process the contents of that correspondence and scheduling information.
Please do not submit special-category personal data or confidential account credentials through the website form.
3. Why we use personal data and our legal bases
- Responding to enquiries and arranging calls: to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and, for business contacts acting for an organisation, our legitimate interest in responding to and managing relevant B2B enquiries.
- Providing services and managing business relationships: performance of a contract or steps before a contract, and our legitimate interest in administering client relationships.
- Website security, fraud prevention and troubleshooting: our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website and protecting our systems and users.
- Legal and regulatory compliance: compliance with legal obligations and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
4. Service providers and other recipients
We disclose personal data only where necessary. The categories of recipients may include:
- Cloudflare, for website hosting, content delivery, network security and request logging;
- Google, including Google Workspace, Google Sheets, Apps Script and Google Calendar, for business email, secure lead storage and meeting scheduling;
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.), for delivery of website enquiry notifications;
- professional advisers, auditors, insurers or competent public authorities where reasonably necessary or legally required.
Links to Google Calendar and LinkedIn take you to third-party services. Their own privacy notices apply when you use those services.
We do not sell personal data and do not use website enquiries for unrelated third-party advertising.
5. International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside your country, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. Where required, transfers are protected by an adequacy decision, approved standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism, together with appropriate supplementary safeguards. You may contact us for further information about the safeguards relevant to your data.
6. How long we keep data
Website enquiry and related correspondence is normally retained for up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact. If an enquiry becomes a client relationship, relevant records may be kept for the duration of that relationship and afterwards for the period required by applicable tax, accounting, contractual and legal limitation rules.
Technical and security logs are retained according to our service providers’ configured retention periods and only for as long as reasonably necessary for security, diagnostics and abuse prevention. Data may be retained longer where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims or comply with law.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not currently use advertising or behavioural analytics cookies. It stores your language preference locally in your browser so that the site can provide the language you select. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security technologies to protect the website. Third-party services may use their own cookies after you follow an external link.
8. Your data protection rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data; restriction of processing; data portability; and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
To exercise a right, email hello@epoint.solutions. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited information where required by law. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live or work, or where you believe an infringement occurred.
9. Security and automated decisions
We use proportionate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data, including encrypted transport, access controls and restricted service credentials. No solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects is made from website enquiry data.
10. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The current version will always be published on this page with its effective date.
